01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and KU9 ("Company", "we") regarding your use of the online gaming platform ku9.plus ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to fully comply with and be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all Platform users regardless of access method, whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To use the ku9 Platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of account registration.
• Being legally competent to enter into a binding and legally enforceable agreement.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services by any relevant authority.
• Not registering on behalf of or in the name of another individual.
• Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete personal information during the registration process.

KU9 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If there is reasonable cause to believe that information provided is false or misleading, ku9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in question without prior notice.

03 User Account

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. KU9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login information.

You must notify the ku9 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach involving your login credentials.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of ku9's commitment to security and fraud prevention, identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be required include:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits.

The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours. You only need to go through this process once unless there is a change to your personal information.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to the ku9 support team promptly. KU9 shall not be liable for any delays or failures in processing withdrawals due to inaccurate or outdated account information.

04 Deposits & Payments

KU9 accepts deposits through a variety of secure and trusted payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, direct bank transfers to major Malaysian banks, and popular local e-wallets. All deposits are processed within minutes depending on the chosen method.

4.1 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and membership tier. The latest information on deposit limits can be found in the "Deposit" section within your account. KU9 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with notice to users.

4.2 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are entirely your own and have been obtained through lawful means. KU9 is obligated to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for certain transactions.

05 Fund Withdrawal

KU9 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes after verification. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for your original deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the ku9 team.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified wagering (rollover) requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account held in the name of the same registered user.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for most payment methods.

5.2 Delayed or Rejected Withdrawals

KU9 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests in the following situations: suspicious activity is detected on the account, KYC information is incomplete, bonus requirements have not been met, or an active investigation is ongoing related to the account. 06 Bonuses & Promotions

KU9 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to the terms and time limits specified in each respective offer. The following are general principles that apply to all ku9 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. The rollover ratio is clearly stated in each offer.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled conditions within that period will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the ku9 bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

07 Game Rules

All games offered on the ku9 platform are subject to their respective game rules as set by the relevant game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

KU9 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure all game outcomes are fair and random. Any technical failure occurring during an active game will be handled in accordance with ku9's technical resolution policy, which prioritizes the interests of the user.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, ku9's server logs will serve as the final reference. KU9's decision on all matters relating to game disputes is final and binding.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9 platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where applicable:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between two or more accounts to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage ku9's systems or infrastructure.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using another person's account or registering an account on behalf of someone else.
• Any form of fraud, misconduct, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage through any means.

09 Limitation of Liability

KU9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses suffered by users as a result of using the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business disruption.

KU9 does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully protected against all cyber threats. However, we continuously strive to maintain the highest levels of availability and security for all users.

Ku9's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

10 Account Closure

10.1 Closure by User

You may close your ku9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all valid account balances will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable conditions have been met.

10.2 Closure by KU9

KU9 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, use of unauthorized software, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases of closure due to a breach, bonus balances may be forfeited while cash balances will be returned once the investigation is complete.

10.3 Self-Exclusion (Self-Pause)

You may apply to temporarily or permanently close your account as part of the ku9 Responsible Gaming programme. Such requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the designated period.

11 Privacy Policy

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by KU9 Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in that Privacy Policy.

KU9 complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in all aspects of user data handling. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

12 Terms Amendment

KU9 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before those changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent amendment will always be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation within 30 days before any further action is taken.

Users acknowledge that they access the Platform on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that such use complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their place of residence. KU9 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in every location.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to the law, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
